I am so very sorry about the death of your precious grandchild...how old was he/she? You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

MY GRANDCHILD WAS STILLBORN BECAUSE HE HAD NO BRAIN.

So sorry for your loss...I am here because my mother just died last week. As much pain as I am in and as much as I miss her...there can't be anything harder than a child or grandchild...my heart goes out to you...

any death of a family member is awful. i am sorry of the the loss of your monther. there is no stronger connection than that of a mother and daughter. the Bible states that a man is to leave mother and father and cling to his wife when he gets married. but, the Bible does not mention a daughter leaving mom and dad when they get married. there will alwaya be a connection to your parents as a daughter. i know this is true in my life as a father of a daughter. i still see her as my little girl although she is 39 and has two children of her own. I feel for you. Last year I was living with my best-friend (Quintin) his wife (Melissa) and their family. Also we had Melissa's brother and his little girl living with us. Brook'lyn Nicole was 10 Months old when she passed away from bronchitis. When they are so young it shakes you to your very core. I still have bouts of crying. I used to call her "Lungs" because when she cried it sounded like she had a good set of lungs.
When it sank in for me was when I didn't hear her walker on the hardwood floors above me. I am so sorry for your loss, both your son and your grandson.

Bless your heart ~ I too lost a little granddaughter in 2001, and at the same time my husband was dying of cancer. My poor daughter was separated from her husband and she was in the hospital - so I had to pick out the casket, arrange the funeral. There is something wrong when you have to arrange the funeral for a baby. Parents & grandparents are not supposed to outlive the children.

I can certainly relate to your pain and my heart hurts for you. I could only take it a day or minute at a time after her death. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Please take care of YOU --- you are important too! God bless you and be well. Hugs, Lee
