what do you say about the approaching anniversary? It will be 17 month of the 22nd of October. And it is killing me.I am depressed for days. Now my therapist told me to meet new people. How? I have tried.I dont drink nor smoke and I have never smoked pot in my life.I am not even a called recreational user.It doesnt appeal to me and I cant afford any of these parties. The clubs in seattle are expensive. The choir wants all of us to pay dues.I had to drop out of the choir.I cant afford it much longer.I am lookinjg for a part time and I tried out for Macys.I was told that I dont have the experience. How can a person get experience if noone wants to hire you? And I can always buy new clothes. This is why the anniversary has almost killed me.The other day i was in a store and it was Toys R Us.Toys R Us has got come nice collectibles.Well, there was a little boy who was with his father. He was looking at the toys. And I noticed that he was crying.I did not know why.He seemed so hurt and his dad told him that he could not get him the toy because he could not afford it."Daddy doesnt have the money for that." And when I heard this...I went to the bus stop and I cried.I felt bad for that little boy.He really wanted that fire truck.Today it is the 12 th of October and i am going for lunch by the seniors and tomorrow I go to see the doctor about a flu shot. But any suggestions about the anniversary let me know.I still cry.Do you?

Meeting new people without a party. Volunteer to read to children at the library. Volunteer for the arms of hope to hold babies at the hospital that parents have to return to work. Volunteer to walk or feed the animals at the animal shelter. Call a local senior citizens home and visit or write to a senior who is all alone. Check with your place of worship for a troubled teen who needs a buddy. Baby sit for a mother who has lost her job and needs to go to an interview. Tutor a child who is having trouble in school. Volunteer to help prepare or serve food to the homeless. Set up a book drive to help kids in need. Type volunteer and your town in your google and many opportunities will come up. There are things you can do to help people, to meet people, to do something to help yourself. Good luck.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
