If there is, they usually have one, and whether or not you used their services, they normally welcome you in.

Church groups vary - I've gone to two - both not my parishes but I've never been told you have to come from their parish to attend.
Call the Diocese office in that area and explain. They will give you numbers and names.
Also, Hospice will also give you other groups - besides Hospice organizations. I was given a list of them.
The toughest part is sometimes the locations are a bit of a drive, which makes it harder.
Another suggestion - call the organizations - such as, if your loved one had Alzheimer's, call the Alz. organization, explain and they refer you. Same for any other - cancer or whatever.
So far, any of these groups I found are free. Only private therapy would cost. But call Hospice first. They will have names and numbers - and if not they'll call you back with help.
