I don't feel well tonight, dear friends. I'm not sure if it's emotional or depression or just exhaustion? I tried to decorate for Christmas and had to stop. I'm either dizzy or off balance equilibrium-wise. Energey level dropping, as well as the drive to do anything. Does this happen to any of you? Something not right - please, keep me in your thoughts and prayers.

Hun..its all the above....I think that trying to do the holiday thing is doing a number on all of us! I feel...like the sky is gonna cave in on me at any moment.....and that throws me into a full blown panic attack...then I feel the dizzy spells....and heart racing....begin to cry and then...the anger pangs my heart and I WANT TO SCREAM! I see all my neighbors yards all tidy and decorated nicely......I feel guilty....only for my son's sake.and sorrow........that I will not have daddy here to be "Santa" and eat his Christmas Ham.......I know that all of our loved ones would want us to follow through with traditions..yet..they were A HUGE PART OF THAT TRADITION? So....I am as confused and as sick as ya are and its no physical illness......its a REAL HEARTACHE! Hugs hun....I am here for ya. years.

I agree with years of tears. I'm new to this group but I know she is correct about what grief can do to you. Give yourself the right to not do as much as you feel you should. Only do what gives you pleasure. Christmas is different for each of us - we don't all have to celebrate the "same" way. God loves you and I will pray for you.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
