My husband passed away suddenly on May 30th this year so it has been just under 3 weeks. I did ok at first but yesterday and today I just want to go to bed and never get up again. (I haven't done that but it is how I feel.) Everything finds me crying. I know that people do live through this....I just don't know how. My husband was 73 so I know that we weren't young but it always seemed like we were until now. He was very physically active, slender, ate right but died of a heart attack.

Which explains the mysterious fevers and my extra fatigue. I'm so glad I pushed for answers.

Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.

As some time goes on I have found we can celebrate our loved ones lives as well as mourn their passing however that takes time
There is a very good Widows and Widowers board on here where people are in different stages of healing .... I'll give you a link to it..... It's quite active and very supportive
