I don't know why i started writing tonight
And I dont know why it still hurts so much
I dont know how to put it in a box and shelf it
And yet i dont know how to talk to someone about it
I dont know how to ask for help
I dont know how to put the pain into pictures
I dont know why art has forsaken me
And i dont know how to be brave for the people i love
I dont know how to starve the fear
I dont know how to not miss my mom
and i dont know how people can ask that of me
I dont know how to not picture her dieing
I dont know how to kill the thoughts
I dont know how to not be depressing
I dont know how to not think about death
EVERY moment
EVER since
that phone call so long ago.

I also lost my Mama recently and Hun, I don't know how to do any of those things either. I am here if you want to talk. my name is kim and we can be awkward about how to talk together. but it is so overwhelming sometimes that i can't breath. I am sorry for your loss. and I know that those words don't even begin to help. But I understand your loss. cause I miss my Mama so badly that words offered by well meaning people are not as comforting as most people think they are. I hope that don't sound heartless or like i am ungrateful for their well wishes but it just don't help. for me they are just words.

I lost my mom June 9,2011, after she was rushed into the hospital, in there for six weeks and passed, she never came back home again. I sometimes wonder how am i doing it, its 9 months now but my mom has sent me signs through the phone twice already, there's a book out on ebay Hello, Anyone Home, you will get signs that will help you through this although its not like having them right there with you. I've had spiritual experiences death is not the end but a new beginning, they are here with us and see and hear us, talk to her as if she was right there and ask her for a strong sign that your not imagining it, believe me, when you get the signs from your loved ones, your don't EVER forget them, they stick like GLUE with you, very real, very strong the signs are. My mom always said to me i know you'll cry but you need to move on when i pass BE HAPPY FOR ME, I'LL NO LONGER BE IN ANYMORE PAIN. she said that to me but its very hard for me to do move on I can't seem too. take care and if you need to talk, please contact me. laura

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
