How do find inexpensive counseling. I have health insurance can't afford the copay. And I know I need professional help. Must find one asap.

If you have a HOSPICE organizarion in your area, call them. Go to Hospice.net, org or com,(can't remember which) and use the locator to help. They have social workers and grief counsellors on staff, and even if your loved one never used their services, they will help, and at no cost if you can't pay. Otherwise a mental health clinic which does sliding scale or no cost counselling after an evaluation. Sending huggs and prayers, Rainbow

Call your local emergency room and ask if they have a referral to service that will do sliding scale or accept your insurance copay. Most cities have not for profit services that work with people in need. Don't know your area so can't be specific, but I know we finally found help right within our village. You might check avice area on this site...they have may have some recommendations. Also, most churches can help you find someone through social service. Good luck. Congratulations on accepting that you need help. That's the first and hardest step to take.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
