Bereavement Support Group
Are you grieving the loss of a loved one? Whether you lost someone recently or it's been years, grief and its accompanying emotions can be complicated to cope with. Join our online support group to connect with a supportive group of people who really know how you feel. Help is right here.
The best thing you can do for yourself right now is to continue grieving, honestly. But don't forget to live for your daughters at the same time. You can be sad, cry when needed, even listen to some sad music if it helps. Watch sad movies if it helps, too, like the movie "P.S. I Love You." If you like to keep a journal, keep one every time you feel that urge rise up in your heart and write as if your talking to your husband.
I understand that feeling of being lost and alone even though you're surrounded by people...it's because you feel disconnected. Time and love will help you heal. It just takes time. I pray for you peace and comfort, and know that you're not alone.
Your children are grieving too and need to know that it's okay to miss someone , to cry , to asked questions, ect. With time, the void starts to close but it doesn't happened over night. Peace be with you and your family. Hugs and Kisses sent you way
