Hi all,

My wife ultimately succumbed to the complications due to breast cancer a week ago today.

She was (is) my best friend and rock that I stood on while in this tangible world and I do so miss her. I am in the awesome position of raising our 3 and 6-year olds...I will always remember what it is (was) she would have done and how her unconditional love, strength and courage shaped our family, children, me...

I love you Maria and miss you....

I am so sorry. It seems that your wife was a very kind and gentle person. I am sure that you miss her. Your love has produced 2 beautiful children for you to teach all of the values your wife had.
May the memories of Maria warm your hearts during this difficult time.

WOW my condolences to you and your entire family. I am so sorry she passed away and that you are mourning her - - I am mourning my mom who succumbed to lung cancer six weeks ago..I feel like I am walking in a fog. I hope your children keep you up and focused on the beauty your wife left behind in the love of your children and their legacy - their mom. If you need a shoulder, or a place to vent..I hope you use DS when you can...and we will be here to hold you up when you feel down. God Bless you and your family, and may your lovely wife be watching over you all from above.

I am sorry for your loss, your wife sounds a wonderful person. I hope your and your children are coping as wel as you can at this time, its hard I know. my mum passed in september she was an amazing person and my best friend, there are hard times ahead my friend but with strength and love you will all get through it... I am very sorry to hear of your loss. I lost my wife Joanne to breast cancer on 9/20 after she battled it for 3 years. I know the pain you are going through as I feel so very empty inside since she's gone. My wife was not only by better half, but my better 3/4's as she was an amazing woman also. Grieve as you must but be strong for your children. She showed strength and courage in her battle and you must do the same as you move through these new uncharted waters.

I am very sorry for your loss. I lost my husband Mike 6 months ago. I know the way it feels to lose your best friend. Losing your partner leaves such a hollowness, a void. What a blessing to have your children, a wonderful constant reminder of your love. Stay strong for your children but make sure to take care of yourself as well. You and your family are in my prayers.
