One of the things that has disturbed me lately is that people dont want you to be left alone. Some of them are very well meaning..but I really havent grieved for Frank. When people found out that I lost Frank in seattle, people began to call.Lets do lunch.Lets go shopping.Shopping? I am a senior! Lunch! I cannot afford it!And with all of their good wishes..I could not grieve and since The Young and The Restless is dealing with loss..after watching it yesterday..I have decided to spend a great deal of time alone now. Please leave me time to grieve. Please allow me to cry.I am seeing a new therapist on Friday and I must learn certian things. But I want everyone to know this..I am learning to accept Franks death.I am now learning that Frank is dead and I must and live my life as I see fit.Yet today people want you to be happy go lucky..If you prevent someone from crying...what good would it do? What good does it do if these emotions are bottled up? This is why people are getting hurt on highways, schools and the work force. The shooters often goes thru a trauma and does not know how to deal with certain issues. Now I am not saying all of these shooters are right..far from it.But I am saying that we in the work force must help the workers who have some kind of trauma and how to deal with it and still be productive.Drugs and alcohol dont do it.Talking does. And giving someone who lost a person like Frank..time to be alone and to grieve..it makes them a better person.I hope that I havent offended anyone but Stanley has noticed how jumpy I have been since the anniversary and all and he wants me to go on a vacation.WIth what?

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
I also hope that you can bring yourself to be honest with those who offer you diversionss. Explain to them exactly how you feel. They are probably just trying to offer you support in thier own unique way.
Everyone grieves differently and at a different pace.
