Music touches us in ways that simple words can't. The right song or musical piece can cut right to our core being. Is there a special song your loved one really enjoyed? Or one that makes you remember them? How about telling us why its special. It might even bring some measure of peace to others.

Its a bit sappy but Wind Beneath My Wings is kinda special for me. My Mom was always so supportive. What song speaks to you?

Well recently I have a new song that reminds me of Kennon. It's Silver Wings by Merle Haggard. I was on a date recently at a karaoke bar, because I like to sing. There was a pause in singing then all of the sudden that song came on.. I'm wondering if Kennon was telling me Hi or what are you doing with this guy. The song Silver Wings was played at his memorial for the last goodbye song. I instantly cried. It was crazy how hard I cried. My date was nice knowing I lost my husband not to long ago. I'm starting to miss him more and more. Hugs, Donna

I listen to soft goodbye from celtic woman it reminds me of my mom and dad.In the video for moms service we played the prayer from celtic woman.These two songs give me some peace and comfort when I am feeling down
