I have that song on Eric's CD.....excellent. I remember that story about his son....very sad :(

I'm a HUGE Beth Hart fan. Her sister died from a heroin overdose about 20 years ago. She wrote this song and I love it.....makes me cry every time becuz even though my brother was not an addict....his short life was....well.....pretty amazing yet sad....and this song so resonates his life....

my song that I will always remember for my husband is by Lifehouse Hanging by a Moment. I used to kariokee this song to him at the bar on kariokee nights. He said I had a beautiful voice. there is another song I think of in church they sing Eagles Wings. It starts I will raise you up on Eagles wings. Ave Maria, and of course Amazing Grace cant sing any of these songs.

One song I cant even get through without losing it is "You and Me Against the World", by Helen Reddy. Funny thing is I had never heard that song or knew it existed before my Mom died. A few weeks after she passed it happened to play on the [car] radio. Good thing I was in my driveway. I would have had to pull over.
