I lost my boyfriend, my everything on 4/8/2017 from an OD. They said he had a massive heart attack. I was in the other room doing my homework for class the next day and he was sleeping and snoring. I didn't hear him snoring anymore so I checked on him and he wasn't breathing, I called 911 and started CPR but it was too late. Now I have so much guilt before I feel like if I would have checked on him sooner or watched, he would still be here. I am so devastated and broken hearted. I just want to join him and be with him. I miss him so much and the days are getting harder. I just don't want to be here anymore. My purpose for living was for him. We were supposed to be together forever and now he is gone. My heart physically aches every day. I cry every day. I miss him more and more, I don't sleep. I am losing weight, I have lost 25 plus pounds since he has been gone. Everyone says it will get better but I don't see that happening :(

Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.

Well, good morning to you!Today is National Roller Coaster Day. Are any of you going? It's also National Tell-A-Joke Day! Come up with some and share!I'm not bright with jokes these days, but I'll start:"Today I ordered a chicken and an egg from Amazon...I'll let you know." :D

This is NOT your fault in any way, shape or form..... He overdosed on some type of drug and it was a terrible accident
You had no knowledge that this was going to happen.... You have to forgive yourself sweetie..... He would not blame you for this.... I'm sure he would want to say how sorry he was to you
Survivors guilt is really hard to bear..... If you need to sigma I hope you go for some therapy to help you through this
If days are getting harder and you can't eat or sleep I think you might need some medical help sweetie..... Seeing your doctor and joining a RL support group might help you through this painful time
There is a really good board on here that is for Widows and Widowers support ... it's a group for people who have lost their life partner.... I'll put up a link to it
Another hug and a blessing.....xo
