yes i have also notice some bickering and didnt think that was what this group was about,i am glad you clarified and pointed out the reason we are here...we need to help each other feel better not worse, if people cant do that they should say nothing at all we are all entitled to our views mine may not be yours but we have a right to have them, not to push them onto others but to have them....thanks again !!
Always be respectful, civil, and to really go the extra mile, being kind to one another. That would work wonders.
Of course when we are going through such a major upheaval in our lives, our emotions are running very high. It is so easy to misinterpret or not understand someone else and jump to conclusions.
It's like with any other advice we get, we can keep what we want and ignore the rest. If someone says something that rubs you the wrong way, just ignore them. Let it go. Keep and cherish the words of the people who seem to understand where you are coming from and just forget about the rest.
Some folks are hurting so bad they don't even know what they are doing these days, just pray for them and turn the other cheek if they say something weird. Getting into it with someone who is in that state is like arguing with a drunk person. A waste of time and effort.
Deep breath, one day at a time, and may the good Lord above give us grace to get through each day of grieving, comfort us, heal our pain, and fill our hearts with hope for new tomorrows.
hugs and prayers
