I do not believe in mediums. I used to read sll the books and seaech the web, but after seeing Sylvia Browne in person, I gave it up.

Mediums are very good at picking up on human behavior. They usually have strong analytic skills and they pay attention to every little detail. I've done the same thing with people in conversation and I've had people ask me if I am clairvoyant. The answer is no, I am just good at taking it all in. A good detective will possess the same qualities. Mediums just use those skills to prey upon the weak and gullible.

I have not been to a medium but really want to go. I personally have not had an experience but shortly after matthew passed my aunt and cousin went for their own sake, 2 states away and they "medium" asked if they recently had someone close to them that was my cousins age pass away. That he wanted them to tell his mom he was ok but that his chest hurt. This meant a lot because he kept telling his dad on the way to the hospital that his chest and head hurt and that he couldn't breath after the car accident. This was all recorded on tape, and my aunt gave it to me but I have yet to listen to it. There was also another encounter with a person I didn't know but that Matthew apparently busted in on her session because she is good friends with our neighbor. I just want to hear from him and know that he is ok.

I would love to go to a medium. I have yet to do so, and really don't want to go by myself.. But I might for my own sake try it. That's really amazing you've had experiences such as that.

The day my father passed, when I was 14, the light in the living-room, where he would sit, clicked on and off, actually clicked, as if someone turned it. It was amazing, and both my mom and I thought it was him. We just stared at each other after it happened.

No, but I like to think I AM a little psychic! I'm very sensitive and I always pick up psychic vibrations from my brother who departed January 31 this time every year! I feel him tugging at my gut, dragging me down, or up, where he is now, as if to say "Don't forget me! Don't forget me!"...so I don't! I compile old videos of him when he was here, alive and well.

I was fortunute enough to have a reading by Theresa Caputo, I was in an audience of 2000 people in October - my son passed away on August 2012 - and when she came out and did her spiel at the beginning she looked in my direction and I knew right then and there that my son wanted to say something, my husand and I were the first reading of the evening, it was incredible.. I believe my son came through more for my husband then myself as I am a believer and my husband is sceptical and having a very hard time dealing with the passing of our son. I watch this reality show called "Long Island Medium", about this New York woman who is supposedly clairvoyant and has the gift of communicating with the dead. She's always reading people, even when they don't ask for it, and makes people cry as they supposedly hear messages from their loved ones on the other side.

It's a TV show, and is probably BS, but, if a medium helps you heal, great! The point is: Continue pouring love toward the one you love. I don't believe even the grave can extinguish love!

Yet another documentary, Real Poltergeists, on the Poltergeist movie blu-ray, talked about escape artist Harry Houdini, and how he desperately wanted to contact his mother on the other side. He went to several mediums, only to discover the parlor tricks of their trade under the table. He spent the rest of his life exposing such charlatans, but never gave up on the idea of life on the other side!

I'm sure there are some genuine clairvoyants out there!

I do believe in mediums however that being said I think there are probably a lot of frauds out there as well. From what i've researched about near death experiencers is that they often come back with some type of psychic abilities and there is research to back this up. If you get a chance look up on youtube Near Death Experiences by Dr Jan Holden. That being said I haven't been to one because I assume most in my area are probably frauds and a waste of money.

Hi. I lost my boyfriend 2 yrs ago today. I read a lot of books after he died beacause i has a sort of "experience" the night he died. Other friends and family had poultergeist like activity for nearly a month after his death, but I never did. But I had a stupid app on my phone, a "ghost radar". I had absolutely no illusions it was real at all, but it supposedly picked up "random energy" or something and formed it into words. I think i played with it twiceand forgot about it. It just had a bunch of squiggles across the screen, and wouldsay totally random words. I turned it on the night Steve died, and it immediately said "dead wonder floor back " He died suddenly and unexpected, and i was with him the moment he passed. Lying on the floor of our bedroom on his back. I never had any contact since then, and told no one. He asked, i told him yes, honey you are dead and his friends started telling me about stuff flying around their houses. But never mine. I thought about a psychic, but was kind of afraid he is mad at me. Our last night together was the reason people say don' t go to bed mad. Because we did.
