Take care of yourself!!!
I know what you mean about seeing your precious Fathers dying moment's in your mind. The picture of my Mother's last moments just seems to hit me out of the blue and it just feels like a huge wave smacks me down.
You know ,when she died I layed down beside her and held her hand and cryed like a baby.I know I freaked out my family but I don't even care because that was my last chance to hold her and tell her I loved her.
Wishing for you a peaceful day today .Maggie
xx Glen
Take care!
I'm so sorry for your Dad's passing. I was with my Mom when she left us and can't get the sight of her last dying moments out of my head. It's like everytime I close my eyes, it's still there and it's been nearly 11 months now. I've heard it said that grief comes in waves, and I think that's pretty accurate. Sometimes things are calm and then whammo! you're back in the depths again. Just cling to the good days when you have them and grieve thru the bad ones. It's ok to cry and remember those dying breaths, just remember the good times, too. God bless you and comfort you.
