Just meditate on this Brad character before you fall asleep at night and begin thinking of him, even talking to him, tell him how much you miss him, etc. When you drift off, maybe you'll astro travel to where he is, and hang out with him for awhile! If so, it'll be the best night of sleep of your life, believe me. I've had several deeply satisfying encounters with my brother, and there was nothing dramatic about it, it was just so matter of fact, and so real, like we were simply talking and laughing on the patio. It's great!
And I agree - find a new doctor.
My boyfriend and I visited him around 2PM. We stayed for about 2 hours, and just talked to let him know we were there.
That night (Around 9PM, as I was leaving school) I had a really weird feeling that I needed to be with someone. I got in my car and started bawling my eyes out, and basically had a breakdown.
I got home that night, and couldn't fall asleep until about 12:20AM. Every little noise woke me up, and for some reason I felt like a kid afraid of the dark.
I finally fell asleep, and my Mom informed me that he passed at 1:03AM.
She told me that while I was at school, she heard the doorbell ring twice in a row, but no one was there. She said she felt it was my Grandpa coming in, so she arranged his chair, and put a blanket on the chair, telling him it was okay to go.
I thought this was crazy, because that would have been about the same time I was arriving home from school. I had not told my Mom anything about my emotional breakdown. It seems he was coming to say good-bye to us.
Since his passing, my Aunt said she woke up in the middle of the night and she said she heard my Grandpa telling her it was okay to go to bed, and that he will keep her warm.
Last night, I was on the phone with my friend, and I don't know if it was a glitch or what, but when she spoke, 2 of her words sounded distorted like a man's voice. It was freaky!
