The first time I heard this I cried for days, I needed to be told it was okay to cry and let it out. I had spent 40 years with Roy and I will forever be married to and love him, period end of story. If I can accept it so can the people around me. You do what you have to do to come out of this healthy. I have been told the second year can be harder than the first and that certainly has been the case with me. Valentines day 2 is now past his b-day will be friday, and in a few short weeks I will be passing the day he died for the second time and I am crying and will be for some time but I AM healing. You are doing what is right for your healing too.
let them spill out like a river over flowing sift through them one by one until you come to a peaceful place where you can rest within your heart where there will be no need to run anymore and they will no longer haunt you they will run away from you and never return.have courage and strength to over come these things that stand in your way.
god bless you vader be true and honest deep within your heart.
i hope you'll feel a bit better after
