i had to write this column.I did not know this lady.It is important for anyone to know that how this lady suffered and yet she died a heros death.Who is she? Her little girl lived across the street from that infamous murderer,Theodore Robert Bundy.Mr.Bundy was the paper boy for the whole block and do you know that when people were on vacation..guess what? Things were stolen? Were where the authorities 38 years ago? Couldnt anyone see that this 14 year old boy needed help? Why are people so afraid to ask for help? Cant they seem to realize that burgarly is one of the signs of becoming a gang member or killer? This little girl was kidnapped from her room 38 years ago.And you know what? Her body was never found and noone knows what has happened to her.They left her little girls room just the same as it was and this mother did something.She was grieving and she became involved in other activiites and such.She was involved in Girl Scouts and such and other activities.And she would always smile despite her pain.Can anyone know the pain that Ann was in? She died not knowing what happened.Noone knows til this day and it is a mystery here.This lady did something that nooone ever did before Bundys execution.She wrote to Ted Bundy and asked her if he killed her little girl and you know what the serial killer did reply.In a letter to her parents,Bundy wrote this"I did not kill your daughter and noone knows who did or where she is buried.There are many Anns in the united states.They are the mothers,fathers and friends of missing persons or people who were killed or murdered.They are trying to grasp and live with their grief only to be told to forgive.Look..Ted Bundy was 14 years old when he began this life of crime! Like I said and I will repeat this..in 1962...there were no mental health lines or crisis avaiable.People who went to one was called a nut and looked down upon.They were scored and such.And before I go I want to say this that sometimes the children of famous murderers suffer also.It may interest all of you to know that the Rev.Billy Graham is trying to help one of them.She is the daughter of Lee Harvey Oswald,who was the assassin of President Kennedy.She now sings in Billy Grahams choir and she is nearly 50.And her life has been horrible also.The local people poisoned her dogs.She also was gossiped and whispered about but she was 1 year old when this happened.So today try an act of kindness.Pay for an old ladys groceries.And try to be kind to the other victims of grief and these are the ones who are not written,helped or talked about.Thanks again.Vader.I am going to a party for people over 50 at the church.I will let everyone know what it was like and write again.Vader.
