...and I still feel numb and confused. When I first found out he had died I felt like I'd been punched in the stomach and everything had been ripped out of me, and every time I think about it I feel that all over again. I feel really weird for feeling like this because my dad and I had no contact for nine years, but I know it's because we were so close before he left.
I can't get over the fact that he's gone for good. I still catch myself thinking about the day I'll run into him on the street until I remember that he's dead. I don't even know how to begin getting over it or moving on, and I'm not sure that I want to for some weird reason.

I get like that sometimes too. I have dreams and stuff that I will find them and that they are still alive.

I'm at 6 months now with loosing my hubby. I felt the same, but actually I'm getting better. I know he's ok and have had signs from him. He wants me to be happy and purse my dreams. I am trying for myself and our boys. I hope the grief lifts a little for you!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
