Bereavement Support Group
Are you grieving the loss of a loved one? Whether you lost someone recently or it's been years, grief and its accompanying emotions can be complicated to cope with. Join our online support group to connect with a supportive group of people who really know how you feel. Help is right here.
The biggest factors physically tend to be: lack of sleep, lack of water/fluids, lack of nutrients/healthy foods, lack of exercise. Grieving hits all of these areas. How is the quality of your sleep? Are you staying hydrated to counteract heavy crying? Are you eating regular, balanced meals (protein, complex carbs, fruit/veg at each)? Are you getting at least 15 minutes of exercise a day? You might want to consider these things to determine where you are with them and develop your solutions from them.
For women, it also depends on your age and hormones. The older you get, the harder it becomes to burn off the calories, for example. I don't know how old you are so cannot say if that is relevant for you. I had the grand collision of turning 40, going into perimenopause, a back injury, and my mother's death all at the same time. When I look back on it, it's no wonder that was the turning point for me weight-wise.
There is a support group here for "Diets & Weight Maintenance" which might help you get back on track with your goals. Here is a link:

Hope this helps....
