Today is 11 months.May 9 will be the first year anniversary of losing my husband. I'm scared to face it. Does anyone have any advice for me? Am I worrying about this more than I should? If anyone has already had their first,do you mind telling me how it was for you. Is it just like any other day of grieving? Thanks in advance for any help I do get.
