you may want to go to the doctors to give you anti depression pills
for me i choose not to I was determined to get through it without any intervention.
god bless you.........and keep you and comfort you..............
I felt exactly the same way when I lost my husband and my mother. The depression was overwhelming. I knew i couldn't deal with it, so I went to see my doctor. He put me on an antidepressant -- which helped IMMENSELY. You might need one only temporarily -- but it DOES help you get thru the pain. You're able to focus more, and able to keep busy to try and keep your mind off it. It also allows you to grieve properly.
I know most people don't want to resort to medications -- but the antidepressant saved me!! Plus you may want to talk to a grief counselor -- I contacted one thru Hospice. You can talk to their counselors even if you didn't use Hospice services previously. It's really very helpful talking to someone who knows what you're going thru.
God bless, and i wish you healing and much peace. Take care. Hugs, Lee
Ellzeena: What a coincidence that you bring up the book. A few days ago my mother mailed a copy of it to me although I have not begun to read it yet. Thanks for your feeback about the book too.
