I can see that your bottom lip is a little bit stronger than mine was and that is a good sign,,,,next you will be able to start moving your cheek muscle and then close your eye,,,but your eye will not fold shut yet but am sure will not be long..
I am into my fourth month now and can now start moving my cheek and start smiling and actually stopped putting a band aid on my eye to sleep as of about 2 weeks ago..
Don`t worry, you will get better soon,,,just keep a positive attitude even though sometimes it `s kinda hard,,,but you will get better soon
