Hi! Glad you are back. I know, the new layout is confusing. Here's to your success. I still have major issues with the one eyebrow, however, the other eyebrow is back to filling in with normal hairs. So glad you're doing this!

Well done on the one eyebrow! One is better than none hey? My brows are not my prime pulling target but they've never really recovered from the few times I do pull them - very patchy! I get them professionally shaped and tinted, if they look good (and are expensive!) I'm more motivated to leave them alone.

I have nearly a perfect set of lashes....that's good.

But I've been wearing hairpieces - but now my hair is too thin and fragile for them and I'm getting pain and traction alopecia from the clips. I'm moving to wigs. You know, life's too short to have bad hair!

Here's to success with the wigs. I know what you mean about appreciating what we do have. I'm glad you're working through all the process with the hair pieces and the clips are painful(no matter what we use to soften the hardness).

Thanks mideye! Yes the clips can pinch. I think my hairpieces are actually as good as it gets but my hair is just too delicate for them long term. I'm thinking about getting a nice wig and then if I manage a pf streak I can wear hairpieces at times.

My wigs and hairpieces have helped me be more pf...but the hair that is tugged by the clips gets kinky and therefore pullable! Yuk. Trying so hard. Am not sitting and reading without a tightly tied headscarf.

So it's day 12 here and I had a close call but just managed to resist. I was pretty hungover which meant I was weak. I am glad I caught myself though and it's a reminder to stay away from te booze (if been doing well but it was a friends 40th) and keep exercising! Constant vigilance!

Just managed to get to three weeks pf. Am feeling very pleased and good about it and it's getting easier, after a rough patch a few days ago.
