Thanks!
Here's hoping for less pain for us all!

I had a sleep number bed, when I did my sleep apnea study. It felt so good!
I just read, when you go shopping for a bed, lie on it for 15 min on your left, 15 minutes on your right, and 15 min on your back, and then see how you feel.
They said a lot of people do this, so sales reps aren't going to look at you like you're crazy, or trying to squeeze in a nap! LOL!
Our beds are SO important, to be comfy when we have all of this pain. Let us know how you make out with finding a good one!!
I had a SEALY POSTURPEDIC FOR 20 YEARS, it lasted that long. I would also suggest paying a bit extra, for a decent bed frame, a sturdy one..it's worth it in the long run.
Don't let them sell you a mattress that you can't flip. They have new ones that are only "one sided".
You need to flip a mattress to get the best wear out of it. Have sales rep show you the ones that you CAN flip, and then flip it every six months.
Boo
Thanks. I have an orthopaedic mattress but it's kaput. I noticed after I came back from NY. I woke up with a lot less pain on the NY mattress than my mattress. It took one night! UGH! I am hoping to be able to get a numbers bed in about a year. So, a year of torture!
Thanks again guys!
XOXO
I will say this...I have so my relatives and family that have a Tempurpedic...and we have decided that will be our next bed.
