Recent back fusion L3-L4-L5

 I recently had my fusion on 12-07-18. I was struggling to remember this site and it finnaly hit me this morning. I’ve found I need other people to talk to.  Yes one month out and looking at the same  four walls isn’t easy. My goal is to try and sort out all the emotions, pain and life changes. At this point I’m getting therapy to get stronger physically, and am looking forward to getting emotional help. 


Im happy to talk to other people about my surgery and what to possibly expect, as well as what I’m learning.

I'm so glad you posted this. I just found out I may be getting back surgery and I have no idea what to expect. My recent ct spect scan showed severe stenosis at L4-L5-S1. My GP made a referral for me to see a spinal surgeon as well as to get an MRI. I have been living with constant back pain for 8 1/2 years and would love some relief if it's possible.
