I have been out of physical therapy for about a month now ( I went for 2 months straight, twice a week).
I have about 12 different exercises & stretches I do every day for my back. I also walk 4 times a week for 40 -45 minutes at 3 - 3.5 mph.
Both my PT and my Med Dr, and even Stanford Spinal Clinic told me that walking is one of the most beneficial things I can do for my back.
