Pants fit funny

I know this might sound weird, but I have noticed lately that my pants are fitting funny. They are sort of pulling over to the side and not centered. I am constantly pulling back around to the center. I am thinking I am not lined up the same since my fusion surgery. Has anyone ever heard of this or had it happen to them?

could be from a muscle spasm that will subside. Stand in front of the mirror naked, make sure your belly button and adams apple line up straight.

Interesting thought.......not sure......I don't think it is the fusion though. Might be that you are just "carrying" yourself a little differently since the fusion. Has you noticed this since right after your surgery? Seems to me that you are twisting some. That is all I can think of that would cause your pants to become "off center". Leaning one way or the other....I don't think would do that. Walking a little twisted seems like it would though. Like callmeouch said it might just be a muscle that is tighter trying to compensate or something from the surgery.

I see from your profile that you have spondylolisthesis (I too have this as one of my many degenerative spinal diagnosis), I'm guessing that the fusion was to correct or stabilize this condition.
All my pants do fit this way, and if these are pants (esp. jeans) that you wore before the surgery then you know how our jeans sort of shape themselves to us, so it could be that is why you are noticing that they fit different. You are probably better aligned now (I hope) and your jeans were used to the way you were shaped before (I hope that makes sense).

BTW it doesn't sound weird at all, I can tell when things have shifted more in my spine sometimes quicker by the way my clothes fit that anything else.
