It is also important to remember that very few of us IRL are trained medical people/professionals. Even is we are medical professionals IRL--- There is no way to adequately "diagnose" anyone over the internet.
Many people can just offer their thoughts and advice, to listen, when people ask for information regarding symptoms.
As for your medication thoughts... again, that would and could be soooooooo many different thoughts based on what the issue could be.
Please go to your doc and get it sorted out. Kidney infections are nothing to mess with and muscular skeletal issues can be easily solved without medication in many circumstances.

I would say all of us here do have our own thoughts on medications and treatments based on wht has worked for us individually and observed.
I will always suggest the least invasive treatment first then work up to other treatments if needed. Never go for the most invasive or radical first. I pray for your speedy and total recovery ...
