I amd on the same was on 30 mgs and he just up to 60 mgs... is your ER that ectended released?? b.c if it is the pharmacy told me it take 3 hrs before it kicks in b/c it over the period time... if it not that it might started to effect ya in 30 mins or so.

You don't get the whole dose at once, and it is not as active orally as it is in a shot.
Hope you keep those breakthrough Lortab, because the M/S may easily fail to keep you going for 24 hours.

if it not ER then it should work quicker. also if not call ya dr and he migt go up. I never took lortab before, is it stroger??? i here. have a happy thankgiven... hope you feel better ang

You seem to be the picture of a compliant patient. Tell the doc what you have told us, try to get 3-4 lortabs/day (ask for 4, they'll give you 3). That is not excessive. I just told mine Monday that the MS is not worth the effects.
