So if you are injured at work, you cannot lose your job until a physician determines that you are permanently disabled.
Secondly, if you are injured at work, file an accident report. It may get better in a few days but reoccur later. A paper trail is vital if you end up needing major treatment. I ended up having surgery and I am now totally disabled. I have had to fight with Worker's Comp for years and finally won but in the process I have become very knowledgeable about WA state Worker's Comp laws. They vary from state to state but if anyone ever has any questions I will attempt to answer them.
