Lol! Congrats to your team! Now we have the college Baseball to look forward to. I follow Baseball more than Football. I am glad the Dr. has you scheduled for 02/21. I just pray that you can hold on with the meds and pain till then. Maybe, just maybe you can get some relief with the pain meds till you can see the Dr. I pray so!! Please keep me informed!

Do you do exercises for your back? I started this morning maybe it will help.

Exercise is one of the best things you can do for your pain..start slowly then build up your stretches, reps and weight.
