OK i got different Dr to pronounced my diagnosis all different first scatia then scaractic joints then other sly long word it is related to spine i don't have that problem however i have mild disc on L$ and L5 so Finally saw my new PCP i asked her who i am supposed to see right person abt my back i explained everything she gave me different diagnosis. I feel limited all suggest me Physical therapy but i did have a chance to there several times nothing helps it is so painful. now it is become worse pain when i walk one block i don't want to look i am old.i am sorry i got few wrong spelling but i am sure some of u know that words related my back pain. I know my PCP is not right person. So i have create go to YWCA for swimming pool, sauna,whirlpool and bike exercise.Wish me luck. Yes I would ask for advice.

You need to take your MRI and go see a Neurosurgeon for an opinion, and see what he thinks you should do for you spine right now. You should also see a pain management Doctor, some insurance companies do not require a referral to see a specialist, so if your insurance company does not require a referral call them and ask them to send you a booklet with all of the Doctor's that they have in their program so that way you can choose the right specialists that you need.
If your PCP needs to give you the referrals, just ask her, tell her that you will feel better, and prefer seeing someone that specializes in your issues.

I would get a mri then see a nureosurgeon and get his formal opinion to properly dx it then I would see a pain managment doctor to manage it combined with pt and that should help you deal with all your issues. I am sorry your going through all that and I hope things get better
