when would a judge give my family conservatorship

My parents I am worried are still fighting for conservatorship over me. They are involving my brother in my case to get disability. My dad wants him there at the hearing. 99 percent of people say they cant tell I have autism. I held a job at target as a cashier. I am able to do everything for myself. What would a judge need to know to grant conservatorship to my father or brother?

I'm not sure of all the details, but the judge would have to first decide that you were unable to understand or make sound decisions about healthcare, finances, or something else. Did you keep the cashier job for a very long time (more than the average 6 months to 2 years)? That would weigh in your favor. Are your parents setting up a trust fund with quite a bit more money than you are accustomed to handling? A short-term job as a cashier won't help you much in that situation. So really all the nitty-gritty details matter in the final decision.
