Jobs for those with autism.

Just wondering if you could post information regarding jobs for adults with autism. My son is 17 and I'm just wanting some sort of information about what types of jobs you are aware of.

the school that your son goes to should have information about this for your community. i know that some school systems where i live have classes that the kids take and part of the iep at the high school level is transitioning to adulthood.

If not, contact your special education department and ask them for names of people in the community that can help you or your local autism society

Thanks for your help! I actually have him in a job training program through his school. I was wondering if anyone on here could share where their child works, if they work or what type of programs they are in after school services run out. :)
