I havent yet but my father swears by them. He takes all kinds of supplements but he says the digestive helpers are the best, at the very least he says it makes him more alert.But I dont know. Just havent gotten around to it. And Ette wont swallow a pill and if he sees you with the bottle he wont eat or drink anything unless you let him watch you prepare it. Sneaky, Sneaky.

my son is the same, He even picks up on my joy if I see him eat something. If I look too happy, he won't eat it. Mine is also always over my shoulder watching me prepare, UGh! And mine is the same with the pills, suspension sryup etc. With the digestive enzymes I have toasted an english muffin, opened the capsule dusted the enzymes inside the little craters, and smothered with butter or cream cheese, the only way I can get him. If he notices any texture in his juice he won't drink it. He actually prefers juice-boxes now, because he know I haven't tampered with it.... bugger! Too smart for his own good!
