Maybe tell us exactly what your question is? Also it would be helpful to know how old you are, whether you are still in schooling as this may have a bearing on replies.

I have asperger's myself, I also have two adult step sons, one with asperger's and one with autism so I may be able to help.

i had quit school becase they did not acoomate my needs for anything i required all they did was pile homework hevier on me and made the entire class iw as in held back and aslo kinda seems stupid becase there plan foron side spechial attion was making the class room the schools garbege men schoo for me was a painfull torcherus time for me as for post ive only posted question in disuccions and sstuff liek that so ppl could see it as for my questions ive dont know how to live w/ autsim as a result its casuing a made bunch of chaos and was wondering if any oen had tips or somthing any information to help me live w/ my autsim a bit eaisier would be nice i m dyslexiac so the missspellings are gonna happen aand are not likly to be corrected even my computer cant make sence of what ive mis typed

hi, sorry you had to quit school. I thought schools in the US were obliged to provide support through IEP (individual education plan?)

Not sure if you are living at home but depending on the extent of your autism you may be eligible for disability that might make things a little easier.

Do you have any questions about specific difficulties you have?

i was hopping there was ways aroud meldowns ive having when theres way to much sound or light normaly it is stressfull and a hassle im so sencitive w/ sound i meltdown every time i take a shower and im to overwieght to take a bath soud so far is the harse sencitivity to me becase the fact is i live ina nosy niebor hood im right next to a trainstation and a fire/emergency departpent and aslo a phew blocs away from a tornado siren on top of that i regualy have noisiy nighbors / noisy ppl who blast there radios from cars passing my house aslo i tend to feel stress and exioty for resion i dont know aslmost seems like no resion and aslo ive have difficulty w/ body rocking stimming wich in my case is bad only becase i have bad back ishues and i cant seem to stop at times ive aslo previously posted a idea where i make my bedroom in a sencory friendly room for me wich would aid all my needs from the autismadn in terms of the iep paln they broke rules there alos the school b4 thats plann was forcefully shove ritilan down my mouth wich i was not to pleased about and yes im even living w/ my mom (dont ask about my father hes to low of trash in terms of his bhaviore) still dispite me b-ing 21 ive aslo dont knwo why its trillions times harder to comunicate when im extreamly and abnormaly stressed asside from fact i do stutter wile stressed as scuh times like i have a meltodwn im aslo been feeling a little scaired becase i dont knwo what to do or whats going on

for the idea i had ive not been able to find ideas that might aid me as much as ive wanted

ok, well I don't have all the answers but I'd suggest you try and look at these one by one.

re the sound - I'm sensitive to sound though I'm a musician and listen to loud music - but of course that's my noise and I can control it. You might think about if there are ways of trying to insulate your windows - my step son uses ear plugs sometimes and both of my step sons use headphones so they have their own sound world they can control.

thansk i never expecet of you to have all the answers but the same time better to have the questions out there so outer ppl can help instead of not ever knowing or getting answers for problems
ive alos wondering what do ppl do w/ autsim if there autsim is causing them to have trobble sleep? ty for helping as much as you can

I have Asperger's and was fortunate to have had a normal schooling. However, I have been unable to hold onto a job for more than 6 Months as I find it hard to settle down and become a Team Player.

I have had a mental episode just now due to insomnia.

With me schooling was everything but normal.elementary school went somewhat ok (besides bullying) ,but high school was a DISASTER.I had no friends,i was made fun of some kids,And i would just start crying or laughing out loud in the middle of class and everyone would just stare at me.i would get angry or fuorious or totally depressed.i couldn't have normal conversations with others,everyone treated me as a little child...eventually i got epilepsy (in 4th grade of high school) and i had attacks many times in school wich was a problem( many autistic people have epilepsy,i read like 1 in 3 or 4 autists).anyway i couldn't take it anymore,and instead of normally finishing school i ended up in mental hospital.i didn't even went on matura exams cause i was hospitalized...there was always something with me in school,i had to go to principle's office,teachers were saying that was always something happening with me in class and it was true....living hell.
