Sending a group hug. I am still doing well, in NSR all week, thank heavens. And yes, I'm being good and trying to do as little as possible for now, eating healthy and napping lots. We had scheduled vacation for next week, so will take another week off work, although I may not hang out with the cabin every day. Our crew gets a bit rambunctious :)

This is the longest I've stayed in rhythm since before the first ablation.

Great news! Keep resting and do not overdo it you will feel as good as new before you know it!
