Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) Support Group
Atrial fibrillation (AF or afib) is an abnormal heart rhythm (cardiac arrhythmia) which involves the two small, upper heart chambers (the atria). Heart beats in a normal heart begin after electricity generated in the atria by the sinoatrial node spread through the heart and cause contraction of the heart muscle and pumping of blood.

I am delighted to hear about the NSR! And of course you have heard on this site a million times that you will have "events" for the first 3 months. One mistake I know you won't make, which I did. That was to be afraid to get back to exercising, which really delayed my recovery. So after your 10 day rest, get on back in there! Then it is off for a massage and a DQ blizzard, and you will be back to normal. The prayers of all the good folks on DS were answered! Take care, and rest up!

Yea, you are in NSR:) Sounded as if you were very brave - with have to hold in the "pee", laying on your back, etc. Glad your surgery went well and hope you get stronger each day. I am so happy for you:)
