Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) Support Group
Atrial fibrillation (AF or afib) is an abnormal heart rhythm (cardiac arrhythmia) which involves the two small, upper heart chambers (the atria). Heart beats in a normal heart begin after electricity generated in the atria by the sinoatrial node spread through the heart and cause contraction of the heart muscle and pumping of blood.

Thanks for the pictures looks like some good times. I forgot about the amazing number of tourists that are ALWAYS in Venice! It also looks like you had some blue skies and mild weather which is always nice while seeing the sites, too.
Thanks again for sharing!
Take care,
atp
Welcome back. I am so happy that you and Sharon had a great time. I am also glad that everything worked out regarding the afib and it was NOT a big issue for you.
Your pictures are fantastic and they truly show you guys had a good time.
Thanks for the heads up about Italian coffee being a trigger :-) Now, I am curious to see if it is a trigger for me too or not. I am going to try some Italian roast whole bean to see see what happens :-)
Thanks again for sharing your pictures. You made my day, really, thank you.
Take care,
Scott
PS - Love your cats, they are so cute and precious.
Are you saying the Italian coffee in Italy is different from the Italian roast coffee in the States? I love coffee too. Does it mean I have to go to Italy to get a real Italian coffee and may be the afib thing, LOL? :-) Ouch. How about Italian roast beans, grind them, and make coffee right here in Phx AZ? Does it count?
Scott
I loved Venice. Great photos
Annette
I don't mean to exaggerate, but it looks like the Venice they have in Italy is ALMOST as nice as the Venetian in Las Vegas! Probably not as much history in the Italian one....

Looks like you left Venice just a teensy bit early! George Clooney is getting married there this weekend..or were you invited and just had other plans? Venic won't know what hit them this weekend!

The good news is that I've been off the Xanax since we got to Venice. Since I got home even with the jet lag, cold, and lack of sleep I had only a few very short (10-15 minute) AFIB occurrences. I'm hoping that my heart is trying to find a new stable state. It's been six months since my ablation. One can always hope.
