Generally, an INR up to 3.5 doesn't require any adjustment for someone who has been very stable. Get it rechecked again in a week and it will likely beback in range. If you continue to run high your Dr will give you instructions. Occasionally, patients will have a range of 2.5-3.5. Those withsome types of artificial heart valves. So you are still in a safe range.
