i was feeling lathargic and tired so the doc cut my digoxin pill in haf for last month .

i had a blood test done and my level is .5 i am not sure what does this mean the report says that it is low .

can any one explain

The therapeutic range for digoxin has been established over time as 0.5-2.0 ng/ml for those being treated for heart failure. Several new studies suggest a more narrow range, 0.5-1.0 ng/ml, may be appropriate for some people. The recommended range for someone with arrhythmia is 1.5-2.0 ng/ml. Most people find that their symptoms improve when their digoxin levels are within these ranges.

I get tested for Digoxin but the Dr never says what just is but all the test are okay but calcium was little high last time.. I am not help there. I take half one each evening right after supper, He says drink more liquids.
