Atrial fibrillation (AF or afib) is an abnormal heart rhythm (cardiac arrhythmia) which involves the two small, upper heart chambers (the atria). Heart beats in a normal heart begin after electricity generated in the atria by the sinoatrial node spread through the heart and cause contraction of the heart muscle and pumping of blood.

After reading about the great success that Doug had with chelation, thought I would give it a try. Had my first appointment with a naturopath yesterday. THREE HOUR interview! I left the place feeling like I had run a marathon, there was so much information! And we never even got to discuss chelation. It was basically a discussion of the many issues we face due to the crappy diet that we now have (as Petey2 was so fond of saying, "Its the GUT, baby!"
A few of the things he spoke about, we have discussed on this site. Thyroid is a source of many heart issues. We don't get enough iodine in our food, since "they" stopped adding iodine to foods back in the 1960s (or did he say 1950s? There was SO much information discussed In 3 hours!). Many of our other problems come from the inflammation caused by gluten. Coke will kill you, but ice cream is worse (this is the point I started to cry). While these two products are the worst, we should eliminate ALL added sugar in our diet. The lack of magnesium is the cause of many problems as well.
But the big thing is he requires his patients to do a cleanse. I will have to do the "slow" cleanse, cuz the "fast" cleanse requires 4 to 7 days off from work, since you are too weak and :'runny" to go anywhere. During this cleanse, you do a lot of vegetable juices (NO fruit juice), and of course all carbs and fruit are out.
I wish I could add more detail, but I honestly felt like I had been hit by a truck after 3 hours...basically for $350 I got the finger waive (surprising, cuz even the Army now uses the PSA test), and two shots, one a B complex and one a magnesium supplement..These shots will go on for 5 weeks.
My wife being the brains of the outfit, today she is going to go over the list of all the supplements he recommended (and the stuff fo take for the detox) and get me started on this....however, we are going to DC for her birthday on the 29th, so I will not be starting any big changes in my diet until after we return home. I realize I do need to make changes, as my weight has climbed back up to 230 (I am supposed to be 205), and I think that is the reason for the rising blood pressure.
Geez, this getting old and sick is just getting on my last nerve! I hope at some point after the cleanse we can get back to the subject of chelation. Sigh....

You have plague? That sounds serious. It would seem like you want to "release" plague as fast as you can! Were you in Africa recently? Or were you around rodents?
