Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) Support Group
Atrial fibrillation (AF or afib) is an abnormal heart rhythm (cardiac arrhythmia) which involves the two small, upper heart chambers (the atria). Heart beats in a normal heart begin after electricity generated in the atria by the sinoatrial node spread through the heart and cause contraction of the heart muscle and pumping of blood.

But, no afib issues related to weather conditions for me.
B- complex. Might be something you want to look at. Do a search on adrenal fatigue, you have nothing to lose by checking it out. I am on day 40 now with no afib and it was fix the adrenals first according to the doc and the rest will follow and so far it has. My energy levels have increased immensely along with no afib. Everyday without it is a blessing. Good luck!
Being on the go for a sixteen hour stretch 8:00 am to midnight, was probably a bad idea. Gee when I was 20 I did that all the time, even at 30, and 40 and oh well...

Ive tried drinking beer, eating fattening foods and sugar, exercising for long periods, skiing in blizzards and on sunny days at different altitudes, juicing, fasting and taking every supplement under the sun, everything except dirt yet and still afib will not vary off its schedule more than a day or so. Its so weird. It will drive you nuts!!!
Last episode Saturday 1/27, evening of Day 9. I was ushering at SFJAZZ's Chris Botti's 2 shows. At the second show around 10:30 seated, I became aware of an irregular HB. Confirmed AF when I got home.
Sunday 12-2 I attended a Memorial Service and reception for a good friend. Along with the buffet I had some champagne. My thinking was why not?
After the service I drove my partner to the Senior Dance he usually attends on Sunday. I haven't been dancing for awhile. Nothing to do with AF but because of a possible loosening of my left hip replacement. I'm concerned and have cut down on some activities. Actually it's gotten better in the past 2 years. I see my OS in Feb. and hope to up my exercise level.
At the dance after a couple swing, cha cha's, rumba's and a tango I
converted to NSR. Go figure. I won't even try.
Hopefully I should be in NSR for at least the next 9 days. Looking forward to an occasional small glass of red wine with dinner and taking sips from my partner's before and after dinner drinks.
At times I hesitate to comment. Feeling somewhat guilty. Unlike my friends here it's a situation I can live with. So Far!
I dress in layers here in AZ be safe!
