Atrial fibrillation (AF or afib) is an abnormal heart rhythm (cardiac arrhythmia) which involves the two small, upper heart chambers (the atria). Heart beats in a normal heart begin after electricity generated in the atria by the sinoatrial node spread through the heart and cause contraction of the heart muscle and pumping of blood.

Hope you all had as good a dinner as we did. Home cooking I know is better yet. We ate out but it was good. I was stuffed and I did not eat supper tonight just milk and small cinnamon roll. I had to eat something. I am thankfull I only have to take pills morning and evening.

We packed my things this morning and this afternoon and was home like by 5. Coming home there were deer here and there crossing the road. Road over the pass was dry and some snow on the mountains. I get deer here in my yard to eat grass. Some day maybe I will get use to that.
