I do my laundry with borax, washing powder and a shot of dawn into a big jug.... I got the recipe off of pintrest. I was using some murphy's oil soap on my wood floors...very little, mixed with water. ...but my sister switched to whte vinegar and water for most of her cleaning...tile too. I use baking soda as a soft scrub for sinks etc. No chlorine or amonia for me anymore, at all. Dishes, I am still using the blue dawn for the pots and pans, I started using that volunteering at the spca, and so far it has not bothered me. I know that on the internet there are recipes for that too...google away!

Borax is awesome! I also use vinegar and water and a little bit of dawn soap. Be careful while using it is VERY slippery but I like it and I too am very sensitive to scents!

I know how you feel. Clean stuff bother me too. Maybe you can turn a fan on to get the smell out or maybe open a window. Maybe try dish soap and water to mop with. Maybe just mop with just water. Just water can clean things too.

The only thing you need to do for hardwood floors is Nature Clean unscented all purpose cleaner. You can find this brand at many stores; Loblaws carries it in the natural/healthy foods section of the store. I use it for my dishes and hand soap. I use this soap and add lemon juice and salt to make an all purpose cleaner to be used on almost all surfaces, including cleaning my windows (do not use on hardwood floors). Cosco sells a unscented brand of laundry detergent. Lasts a long time.

I definetly cannot use bleach, Mr clean lemon is good and dawn for dishes, I hate fueling, allergic to gasoline lol
