seems like a bar or a rectangular graph would have been a little easier to understand for me than the blob in the circle, but .... :)
is it common for us to lose our grip on things? lol. I'm forever flinging things across the room at work that I had in my hand when I'm disturbed from what I'm doing.
but on review I do understand it...
my results show why like I have always said my symthoms are milder and
also shows why I often can see both sides of the issues
and can often help both Aspies and NT's to better understand us
Walt
Aspie score (perfect would be 200) I scored 120 or about 60% Aspie
NT score (200 perfect) I scored 97 or 49% NT
poppylone, could you give some examples of better tests, and why you think they are better. I appreciate your opinion, but just saying "There are better tests" doesn't leave me better informed. And, yes i know there are better tests. But this test isn't meant to be a diagnosis tool. It's meant to be a screening tool, to be used to determine for oneself whether to get fully tested, with the REAL tests.
I scored a 148/54 which is no surprise to me.
One thing I did notice while laking this test is that a great deal of the questions reminded me of a test I took last year in College called DISC.
DISC involves evaluating personality and communicative styles with no consideration given to what is normal, and what is abnormal. It simply reveals styles, then explores how different styles work best together. It doesn't work well unless an entire team takes the same battery of tests at the same time, then goes through the adaptation process together afterward, but it is a very cool system. Teams seem to word together with far more effectiveness after using the system.
The thing I liked about it was the fact that there was no connotation of judgment attached to the process. Just varied styles, and how each style can manage to communicate more effectively with each other style.
Anyhow, I found this particular test to be more helpful than any other free one I've found on line.
Well my Aspiescore was 89 and my Non_Autistic score was 112. Well not really sure how this works or even means. So if someone can tell only if its good lol.
If its not a good sign please dont hate me. lol
