I take 2200 iu's of vitamin D daily. My doctor recently checked my vitamin D level because of an article he read in a medical magazine and was puzzled by the fact mine was normal. he said no bodies was normal but i told him what I take and how it comes up to 2200 iu's and he said well don't stop because yours was the only normal vitamin level I checked. I had increased my levels because of ulcerated colitis about a year ago.
