i am miserable I have arthritis in both knees, my toe and now I have bursitis in my hip. I cannot get comfortable. It hurts to walk, stand, sit and sleep. Every time I even flinch my knees (in my sleep), the pain wakes me up. I am not sleeping well because of it. I am only 43 and I feel 100. I am very overweight but am swimming and losing weight. The pain is getting worse, not better. It is so frustrating. I can barely WALK. I hurt pretty much all of the time. Any advice??? TY!!!

I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmonĀ

I have YMCA membership now since March...I put the hot tub jet directly onto my knee but it does not really do much in my opinion but the idea is that some relief comes from the jet pressure on knee both at joint and under back of knee which is soft tissue and is painful almost always...
I have heard and read some good things about the injections. I hope that my insurance will pay for them when they come here.
And I work out almost 2 hours 5 days aweek. If I don't I can't move at all. I am 76. Cracked my hip in Nov last year. If I don't move I can't move.
I do the
I can but the exercises are geared for older folks but still hard to do.
All I can say is keep moving in any way you can even just a little bit at a time.
